When will my order be dispatched?
48 Hour & Next Day delivery orders placed before 2pm are processed on the same day.
All Standard Delivery orders are processed within 1 working day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
We may experience occasional high order volumes which can result in standard orders being dispatched 1 working day later than expected. If your order was dispatched late please allow additional 1-2 days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where do you deliver to?
Standard Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.
Please note that delivery to some rural areas may take longer, or be subject to restriction.
We are unable to deliver certain items to locations including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses so it is recommended you contact us prior to purchase if this will affect your order.
Orders to these locations may be cancelled and a full refund issued without contact.
My item is delayed or missing?
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances out of our control.
If your item is late please check with Royal Mail (or the alternative courier provided in your dispatch email) first to see if they can give you an update before contacting us.
If Royal Mail or the courier have been unable to provide you with a solution to your issue please contact us as soon as posible.
In the event the item has gone missing we will organise a replacement as soon as we have investigated the delivery with the courier.
Why was my item shipped separately?
Where possible we will aim to ship all multi-item orders together.
Depending on your delivery location and the sizes/weights of the items we may split the order into multiple parcels.
Some items are delivered directly from our suppliers which may be sent separately from your order fulfilled by ourselves (Alternative shipping services may be used which have not mentioned in the above details).
What happens if you can’t ship my order?
We aim to have all our information correct on our website at all times including the stock levels of our items however in rare situations due to human error or damaged products this may not be possible.
This can result in the item or items not being available for sale. In this situation we may offer you an alternative product, an estimated delivery for new stock or to cancel your order.
If we cancel your order, we’ll make sure that you receive a full refund including any delivery charges.
How can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to amend or cancel orders placed for 48 Hour or Next Day delivery due to the limited time between the order being placed and being dispatched for delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible because if the item has already been passed onto our wrapping team we may be unable to locate the item to cancel it.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note for the standard delivery service (Royal Mail 48) tracking is delivery confirmation only and will not be updated till delivery is attempted.
